Holly Toms

After spending six years working in special education, Holly found herself delighted by the metrics, analysis, and creativity the mortgage industry had to offer.
Starting out in Southern California, Holly gained a plethora of experience navigating the nuances of lending. There isn’t a circumstance or scenario Holly has not experienced, and it has proven to be priceless when faced with overcoming obstacles. Holly’s ability to operate under pressure, think critically, and draw humor amidst complex and stressful situations is unmatched, and always welcomed by those partnering with her.
Holly’s passion for mortgage is second to her love of cheese, wine, and Battlestar Galactica. Holly obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English at Mount St. Mary’s University, which serves her well seeing she can (and will) talk to anyone for hours. In her spare time, Holly enjoys friends, family, and her beloved Birkenstocks.
Alexis Houseman

Alexis was born in Seattle, WA, and grew up in beautiful Denver, CO, before graduating from Oregon State University. Now, she lives in sunny San Diego, CA, just a quick walk from the water.
Alexis has been working in the mortgage industry for three years and absolutely loves what she does. She started as a processor and has worked her way up to become the Director of Growth. What excites Alexis about this role is not only helping people achieve their homeownership goals but also finding new ways to improve her team’s services. Every day is different, which keeps it inspiring!
Outside of work, traveling is Alexis’ favorite thing to do. She enjoys exploring new places, eating different foods, and trying any new activity once! On the weekends, you can usually find her sipping an iced coffee on the beach, attending concerts, going for a weekend road trip, or spending quality time with friends.
